Project Details: Carlile Group worked on a historic two-story building in downtown Manteno, IL on the corner

of Main St. and Division St. in 2018. The firm proceeded to renovate the building to accommodate an organic office environment and maximize the first floor while building two

apartments on the second floor.

The firm used modern architecture to perfectly blend the historic character

of the 100-year-old building to contemporary design and function.
