Project Details:
The Village of Manteno contracted Carlile Architects to renovate an existing bank to accommodate their growing police force and currently outdated facility.
Overview:
The existing building was approximately 8,600 Square feet and was remodeled to provide administrative and operations functions inclusive of enclosing 2,000 SF of existing drive-thru lanes into a secure sally port and vehicle storage area. Modifications to the existing building included new partitions and finishes, installing a generator with automatic transfer switch, new electrical, revised ductwork layout, and the installation of ADA compliant locker rooms and restrooms.
Construction value: $1.7 million.
