Limestone Repairs  |  Tuck-Pointing

Project Details: A historic 1890s limestone building with NRHP designation. Emergency assessment and repairs were made to stabilize falling limestone. Examinations of the facades were performed via a swing stage or articulating boom truck and covered 100% of the building facade. The archway was repaired and stabilized using only historically approved building materials. The scope of work contained tuck-pointing, brick replacement, limestone repair, EFIS repair, painting, and sealant replacement.

Scope: IHC repairs, archway restoration, rooftop replacement, facade restoration, and tuck-pointing.
