Project Details: Carlile Architects revamped a vacant 10,000 square foot building into a modern facility for automobile and truck repair, focusing on functionality, accessibility, and compliance with regulations.

The redesign enhanced the customer experience by creating a welcoming lobby and waiting areas, redesigned restrooms for inclusivity, and added operational spaces for offices and a parts room for inventory management.

Operational enhancements included office integration for administrative tasks and upgrades to the vehicle service bays for improved efficiency. The redesign also prioritized environmental sustainability with water collection systems to minimize wastage and an oil interceptor system to prevent contamination, aligning with local regulations and eco-friendly practices.

Overall, Carlile Architects' redesign revitalized the space for automotive repair and maintenance services, showcasing a holistic approach that combines functionality, accessibility, and sustainability in every aspect of the renovation.
