Renovation - Village Board Room

Project Details: Carlile Architects led the extensive renovation of the Board Room at the Village Administration Building, transforming an outdated and inefficient space into a modern, functional environment suited for effective municipal operations. The previous layout lacked dedicated accommodations for Village Administration, Trustees, and Department Heads, limiting the room’s ability to support the needs of public meetings and daily governance.

The redesigned space now features 

ADA-compliant raised platforms with expanded seating, a dedicated media desk, and integrated audio/visual systems to support live streaming and improved communication. Warm cherry finishes, marbled wall panels, and low-maintenance flooring create a professional and welcoming atmosphere,

while updated mechanical systems, enhanced lighting, and improved acoustics ensure greater efficiency and comfort.
