Bank Addition & Renovation

Project Details: Carlile Architects transformed an approximately 4,000 SF former video store into a modern bank designed to enhance both customer experience and staff efficiency. The layout includes five private offices for financial consultations, a welcoming customer engagement area for personalized assistance, and two teller counters for efficient transactions. A dedicated conference room supports client meetings and staff collaboration, while a break room provides employees with a comfortable space to recharge. The project also featured new building entrances and an overhead canopy for two drive-through lanes, ensuring convenient service for customers. Our team provided permit and construction drawings, as well as structural load verification for the contractor, based on owner-provided plans.
