Community Center Concept

Project Details: The Village of St. Anne desired a new building to be constructed in the village park. The new building was conceptualized for fundraising and programmatic purposes, and designed to house the Village Hall offices and board room. Additionally, the building could facilitate community activities within a new gymnasium.

The park was master planned and incorporates new concession and restroom facilities in the new building. Carlile Group enhanced the existing park to maximize the land and flow to the new building and building amenities serving the athletic fields and playground.
