Cardiovascular Rehab Expansion

Project Details: Carlile Architects partnered with Riverside Healthcare to expand their cardiovascular rehabilitation suite. The project began with demolishing the existing space and then focused on crucial aspects like HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing to enhance patient comfort and care. A central nurses' station was strategically placed for efficient patient monitoring and coordination of care.

 

The suite includes a spacious area for rehabilitation exercises with specialized equipment. Patient privacy is ensured through private examination rooms, while wide doorways provide accessibility. Personal lockers and designated linen collection and storage areas were added for convenience and efficiency. Overall, the design prioritizes functionality and patient-centered care.
