Heart & Vascular Institute

Project Details: Riverside Healthcare desired to consolidate its expanding heart and vascular institute to a manageable and efficient singular patient examination area. Carlile Architects was commissioned to renovate 5,500 square feet of available space in the main campus to serve this function. The cardiovascular examination suite was designed to facilitate four simultaneous physicians and support staff with four pods housing six examination rooms each. A centralized check-in and sub-waiting area was provided with nursing and charting stations in each pod and hoteling spaces in the existing corridors. The suite was provided with three ADA compliant restrooms, staff break room, and ancillary spaces.
