Commercial/Industrial Leasable Building

Project Details: Carlile Architects designed an eight-unit storage and warehousing facility in Monee, Illinois, specifically for truck storage and service. The 240' x 50' pre-engineered metal building sits on a durable concrete foundation and features a 16' high eave allowing for 12' x 14' high bay doors. Each unit features a small office, open shop area, ADA compliant restroom, with front and rear pedestrian doors. To ensure functionality and comfort, each unit is equipped with complete heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.

 

Environmentally responsible design included the installation of oil interceptors to protect the waste-water system. Carlile Architects provided full permit-level architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, ensuring code compliance and streamlined project delivery.
