Storage Building & Site Improvements

Project Details: Carlile Architects designed an eight-unit storage and warehousing facility in Monee, Illinois, specifically for truck storage and service. The 240'x50' pre-engineered metal building sits on a durable concrete foundation with 16-foot-high walls, and each unit features a 12'x14' overhead door, a man door, a dedicated office space, and an ADA-compliant restroom. To ensure functionality and comfort, each unit is equipped with complete heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.

 

Environmentally responsible design included the installation of oil interceptors to protect the waste-water system. Carlile Architects provided full permit-level architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, ensuring code compliance and streamlined project delivery.
