Historic Office Building Remodel

Project Details: In 2018, the Carlile Group undertook the renovation of a significant two-story structure located at the intersection of Main St. and Division St. in downtown Manteno, IL. The project aimed to transform the historic building into a modern office space with an emphasis on organic design. The first floor was strategically maximized, and the second floor was adapted to house two apartments.

Employing contemporary architectural techniques, the firm successfully fused the century-old building's historic charm with a modern aesthetic and functionality. The renovated space features a mix of private and open office areas, a conference room, a kitchen, and various workspaces, culminating in the creation of a highly functional office environment.
