Restaurant Buildout - Honey Baked Ham
Project Details: The client desired to develop existing commercial space into a HoneyBaked Ham Cafe. The project included the interior build-out of the new retail restaurant in-line with franchise corporate standards including dining area, restrooms, management offices, and commercial kitchen. The space required reconfiguration of existing restrooms in addition to the installation of serving line, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, preparation area, and a grill/fry area. Restaurant seating area needed to accommodate approximately 40 patrons.
